6. Subscriptions

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to the protections we provide in the Shipping Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Scrape, harvest or collect data from the site by automated means without our permission.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions stay in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Terms and Health Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior communications.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
