Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SJS DIGITAL LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 1712 Pioneer Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, collects, uses and shares information when you visit [DOMAIN] or buy from us.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address.
  • Order history and customer service correspondence.
  • Product reviews or content you submit.
  • Marketing preferences.

Payment information: Card details are collected and processed by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any other processor shown at checkout). We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We receive only the last four digits, card brand, and authorization result.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, time spent, and interactions with the site.
  • Cookie and pixel data (see Section 5).

Health-related information: We do not ask you for medical information. Please do not send us health details, diagnoses, or medication lists in support emails. If you do, we use that information only to answer your question and we delete it when the matter is closed.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill and deliver your orders.
  • To manage subscriptions and recurring billing.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns.
  • To send transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations.
  • To send marketing communications where you have opted in.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse of promotions, and chargeback fraud.
  • To improve our products, site and advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and consumer-protection requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
  • Payment processors — to charge your payment method and handle refunds and disputes.
  • Fulfillment and shipping partners — to pick, pack and deliver orders, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.
  • Email and SMS providers — to send transactional and marketing messages.
  • Analytics and advertising providers — including Google Analytics and Meta, which may receive identifiers and browsing activity.
  • Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
  • An acquirer — if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 6 for how to opt out.

4. Data Retention

We keep order records for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period afterwards to honor your opt-out. Support correspondence is kept for 3 years.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary — cart contents, checkout, login sessions, fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — to understand how the site is used.
  • Advertising — to measure campaigns and show relevant ads on other platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, and of the sale or sharing of your information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute. We extend them to all U.S. customers regardless of state.

To make a request, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity using information associated with your order and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days.

7. Email and SMS Marketing

We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Unsubscribe using the link in any message.

If you consent to SMS, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Security
