We reply to every email within 1 business day. Messages sent over a weekend are answered on Monday.

What to Include

To help us resolve things on the first reply, please include:

  • The email address used to place the order.
  • Photos, if the issue is a damaged or incorrect item.

Specific Requests

  • Certificate of Analysis — send us the lot number printed on your bottle and we will send the lab report for that batch.
